location - just 2 minutes walk to sinchon subway station and 5 minutes walk to airport shuttle bus station. although needs to change several lines to shopping/business districts but still ok. though staff is not very informative, at least they can speak english (finally!). cleanliness in the room is ok.
bed too hard, room rather small, bathroom extremely tiny, all smoking room (even i have requested a non-smoking room when booked, some cigarette smell still left), corridors need re-furnished

I loved Casaville. We stayed there for four nights and loved the homely feel of the apartment. Definitely had value for money as the place was clean, had lots of storage space, had a mini kitchenette and was just outside the train station.

Location is excellent. At your door step, there are 24-Hrs restaurant and a convenient store. You can find Dunkin and a coffee shop too. Hyundai Department Store and a lot of eating places within 5-mins walk. Sinchon Station is exactly 10-second walk. Room is fairly clean. Free ultra high-speed internet 100mb (wired). Drinking water dispenser just out of your room. Mid-size refrigerator. Microwave. Stove.
A bit pricey for what you are getting, maybe because of location. Cleaning occurs once every two days. You have to go your self to 15th Floor ( reception ) to get anything, they don't send it to your room. A bit noisy for some people, especially the first few floors. Very small toilet.

The location is prefect, less than 5min walk from the exit No.7 of Sinchun Station

The location was great! It is very close to the subway station, so it is easy to move around the city. It is not a luxurious hotel, but considering the price, I recommend this hotel to others.

Location to supermarket, subway, airport and shopping good. Staff wre friendly and helpful
Bathroom small, not up to American standards, could have been cleaner, lighting in room for reading could have been brighter

Good location and very clean and hygenic
Room makeup is only once in 2 days. Also, the bathroom is too small. Hotel receptionists could be friendlier and more helpful.
